We are a construction and real estate management company.
We are seeking someone to join us for an Office Administrative Assistant role. They will be working alongside another assistant in answering phone calls and correspondences, drafting reports, maintaining compliance with laws and regulations in the construction and real estate industries, tracking bills and other expenses, and more.
Skill Requirements:
1. Strong communication and organization skills
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required
3. Ability to work with new computer programs
4. Prior experience or education in construction, real estate, business, or retail management is a plus
5. Ability to speak Spanish or Korean is a plus
This is an in-person, full-time (M-F, 9-5) job. Parking is available on the premises.
