Position Summary:
A high-profile Christian recording artist is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to manage day-to-day personal and household needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and spiritually grounded, with the maturity and flexibility required to support a dynamic lifestyle that blends ministry, music, and family life. This role ensures the artist’s personal affairs and home operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain the artist’s personal calendar, including appointments, home visits, and wellness sessions.
Travel Preparation: Book travel, prepare itineraries, and handle packing/unpacking for trips, tours, or events.
Household Oversight: Keep the home stocked and organized, maintaining household inventory and replenishing items as needed.
Errands & Procurement: Manage errands such as grocery shopping, ordering food, picking up dry cleaning, and managing deliveries.
Laundry & Garment Care: Oversee laundry, dry cleaning, and wardrobe organization, ensuring all clothing is properly maintained and travel-ready.
Light Housekeeping: Support general upkeep of the home, maintaining cleanliness and order in commonly used areas.
Vehicle Care: Ensure the artist’s vehicle(s) are maintained with regular service, filled with gas, and cleaned as needed (including car washes and detailing).
Transportation Support: Coordinate and occasionally provide airport drop-offs/pickups and local transportation when required.
Home Care Coordination: Communicate and collaborate with household staff, vendors, and other personnel to ensure smooth operations and clear updates.
Personal Support: Anticipate needs and provide reliable, thoughtful assistance with daily tasks and priorities.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict discretion and professionalism regarding all personal, professional, and family matters.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar high-support role.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable handling changing priorities or last-minute adjustments.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, service-oriented demeanor.
Tech-savvy with basic proficiency in scheduling software, Google Workspace, and iPhone tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Must be a Christian, with values that align with the artist’s faith and lifestyle.
Must live in the NYC, Westchester, or Long Island area and be able to commute as needed.
Must maintain a spirit of excellence, humility, and integrity in all interactions.
Schedule & Availability:
Days: Monday–Friday (with flexibility based on the artist’s needs).
Hours: Flexible schedule; availability required during key events, travel, and occasional weekends.
Weekends: Occasional, as needed for travel, recording, or ministry engagements.
Travel: Minimal; primarily during tours or extended engagements.
On-Call: Availability required for urgent or time-sensitive matters.
