Here is a very cool guitar with a very unique body style. The Sekova Mentor is hard to find, and this one’s in very nice physical condition. A few scuffs around the edges, a shim in the neck joint (action is good), and a strange separation in the base of the vibrato arm, but seems very stable.
The electronics need to be cleaned up, since there’s static in the volume and tone pots. The first and second pickups sound fine, but the third and fourth howl, and might be microphonic.
Still, a very collectible 60’s Japanese guitar, and hard to come by!
