I just removed a 50 GAL natural gas water heater . COMPANY sent new burner assembly and gas valve. I couldn't get the pilot to stay lit and customer didn't want me to spend more time on it. Tank has no leaks and still 4 years left on warranty (which you cant use) .100 obo .
