1910 STEINWAY & SONS MODEL O GRAND PIANO | SATIN EBONY FINISH #143731 FULLY RESTORED $54,900.00

First introduced in 1900, the Model O measures approx 5’ 10-1/2” in length. The Model O was discontinued in 1924 and reintroduced by Steinway in 2005. A common sight in both homes and institutions, Model O’s bridge the gap between the smaller ‘baby’ and larger parlor-style grand pianos built by Steinway. This rare Hamburg Steinway Model O Grand was fully restored in 2008 by Craftsman Piano in their factory in Yonkers, New York, to its golden era elegance and to the highest professional standards. It received a new Bolduc soundboard, new fully rebuilt Renner action, custom re-crafted Steinway hammers, custom, hand-wound bass strings and a stunning hand-rubbed, satin ebony finish. The action was reworked in conjunction with a classically trained concert pianist from Gines Cano Music School in Crestwood, NY. This extraordinary instrument is worthy of the most demanding concert-level pianist. Comes with a Duet artist bench - shown.

Re Craftsman Piano:
Craftsman Piano was a proprietorship between Joe and Susan Hanerfeld. Joe obsessed about the smallest of details and refurbished pianos to the highest standards in the industry. Joe restored pianos from all over the world, with customers as far away as Germany. He was also called upon by concert halls to provide pianos for performances. Click the following link to view a youtube video of Joe and one of the Steinways that he refurbished. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yF9QC0_Kqyg
Joe and Susan shut down Craftsman Piano and are currently retired.
