Study drums with a patient professional who makes learning easy and fun. I have over 25 years of teaching and performing experience. My education includes a BM from NYU, studies at The Drummers Collective, and private studies with some of the world's best drum instructors.

I teach all age groups and ability levels. I teach drum set and percussion at Concordia College as well as other locations in Westchester and CT. I'm a published author, "1001 Drum Grooves" (Cherry Lane Music Publishing).
The book has sold tens of thousands of copies worldwide.

Drumming is a great form of exercise, improves coordination and motor skills, reduces stress, helps to develop concentration, and enhances cognitive function. Neuroscientific studies have shown that drumming activates multiple brain regions, including the motor and sensory cortices, the auditory cortex, and even the frontal lobe, which is responsible for higher cognitive functions like planning and decision-making.

My studio is conveniently located in downtown White Plains. I can also do house calls. Rates vary based on distance.
