The Program Consultant’s primary responsibility is to sustain robust, proactive relationships with our clients and our staff. Working primarily by telephone and email, consultants communicate extensively with parents, students, and instructors, providing information about our services and institutional support where necessary. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential. The Program Consultant position offers considerable scope for further responsibilities in time; it is an excellent growth opportunity with projected salary increases for outstanding work and commitment.

Excellent phone manner, writing/editing skills, and an eye for detail.
Extensive phone and client relationship experience preferred.
Computer literacy & basic quantitative skills. Bachelor’s degree required.
