Monday through Friday. Weekends off. Every week.
What you earn:
- $18/hr to start + tips on every job. Most techs take home $800-1,200/week with tips and bonuses included.
- $10 cash bonus every time a customer mentions you in a Google review. $30 bonus for every recurring service signup.
- Hit $20/hr base within your first 6 weeks based on performance.

Tech ($18-20/hr) → Lead Tech ($24/hr) → Ops Manager ($65K) → General Manager ($80-100K+)

What your day looks like:
- You get yourself to the van parking spot each morning. We take it from there.
- You work in a small crew of 2-3 people cleaning windows, gutters, and exteriors on homes and businesses across the Hudson Valley.
- Every day is different. Every job is outdoors. You can see the results of your work before you leave.
