Made in USA of thick gauge steel vs. cheaper aluminum that warp over time. Owned by The Bundy Family Company that supplies bakeware to commercial bakeries. Wirecutter.com voted USA Pans as making the best cake pans because they brown evenly and ridge design allows for easy release. For the serious baker who value quality.

Please note that I live in northern Westchester and only free to meet up in Manhattan's Inwood, Eastside, Downtown (Gramercy Park, East Village/LES/Chinatown) or along the Sprain/Taconic on Sunday (sometimes Saturday) morning.
