Made in France of enameled cast iron. Barely used so is in like new/excellent condition. Presses foods down for searing such as bacon for even cooking or chicken while roasting in the oven creating a nice crust; called "brick chicken." Please note that I live in northern Westchester and only free to meet in NYC (Manhattan's Inwood, Eastside, Downtown Manhattan/Brooklyn, Navy Yard, Ft. Greene, Clinton Hill, North Williamsburg, Greenpoint, LIC) or along the Sprain/Taconic on Sunday (sometimes Saturday) mornings. I would need to know by Friday afternoon. Meetup in Chinatown preferred when in NYC. O/wise, $10 extra for an outer borough delivery to cover added time, gas and tolls.
