Made of 18/10 stainless steel. 9 1/2" square. Great for holding down meats such as bacon for even cooking or vegetables to get a nice sear and to even and faster cooking time. Also, large surface area will keep bacon flat during cooking.

Please note I live in northern Westchester and only free to meet up in Manhattan's Inwood, Eastside, Downtown Manhattan (Gramercy Park, East Village, LES, Chinatown) or along the Taconic/Sprain on Sunday (sometimes Saturday) mornings. I would need to know by Friday evening. Preference for pick up in Chinatown when in NYC.
