Both made in USA of high carbon stainless steel and bought from Williams-Sonoma. These have been in my cupboard unused and now I'm slowly downsizing my kitchenware. For serious pastry chefs/bakers who value quality and premium materials.
Small - 9" overall length; 3.5" (frosting part of the tang) x .75" - $25 (for cupcakes, cookies or smoothing out creme brûlées)
Big - 16.25" overall length; 10" (frosting part of the tang) x 1.375" - $100 (no longer made; good for tall multi-layer/sheet cakes or making crepes.)
Both from Williams-Sonoma. The bigger one has been discontinued and hard to find in new condition.
Please note that I live in northern Westchester and only free to meet up in Manhattan's Eastside, Downtown Manhattan (East Village/LES/Chinatown) or along the Sprain/Taconic on Sunday mornings. I would need to know by Friday afternoon. Preference for pickup in Chinatown if just the small spatula and both spatulas for an outer borough meetup.
If interested, please let me know when, where you would like to meet along with your contact # to coordinate pickup.
