Solid wood futon frame in very good condition. The mechanism works to open and close to switch between flat (to use as a bed) and upright (to use as a couch / sofa). Clean, no big scratches, and only lightly used -- only some minor nicks and scratches in the wood. Beautiful light color.

Size: When the futon is flat (in the bed position), it’s 39" wide by 54" long. It takes a "twin chair" size mattress (for example: https://futonland.com/futon-mattresses#/filter:size:Twin$2520Chair )

Including the arms, the futon is 42" wide. It’s loveseat sized, perfect if you have a smaller space but still want space for two people to sit next to each other.

Note: this is only the frame, not the mattress.
