Solid wood futon frame in very good condition. The mechanism works perfectly to open and close to switch between flat (to use as a bed) and upright (to use as a couch / sofa). Clean, no big scratches, and only lightly used -- only a few minor nicks and scratches in the wood. Beautiful light color.

Size: When the futon is flat (in the bed position), it’s 37” wide by 55” long. Including the arms, it’s 42” wide. It’s loveseat sized, perfect if you have a smaller space but still want space for two people to sit next to each other.

Note: this is only the frame, not the mattress.
