These 3 inch Pan Extenders are designed to provide straight sides, insulate the edge of your product from over-baking, eliminate trimming losses, and produce even height, color, and texture over the entire product surface. Using pan extenders makes every piece look like a center cut.
In addition to sheet cakes, pan extenders are used to bake brownies, biscuits, Angel Food cake, cornbread, Opera cake, pound cake, Jiggly cakes, Rainbow Cookies, and cinnamon rolls or as a mould for multi-component gateau.
Used lightly. Two of them (top) are new and unused. Hand Wash Only. They should last a lifetime if properly maintained. A must-have for any baker and pastry chef.
