Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of deli items, such as *sandwiches/panini , salads, breakfast , bagels, omelets, pancakes
*following our recipes and presentation standards.
*Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area, including washing dishes, sweeping, *mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Ensure adherence to all food safety and sanitation
* Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to answer questions, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction with their experience.
* Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
* Must be reliable and preferably a Yonkers resident
* Early morning position
