🕐 Time: 12PM to 3PM
Join us for a quick interview and a 1-hour trial to show your skills in a real kitchen setting. We’re hiring experienced, reliable, and fast-moving line cooks to join our Mt. Vernon team. All applicants will be assessed on skill, organization, attitude, and professionalism.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Cook burgers, fries, and other menu items to spec.
- Maintain top-tier food quality and consistent presentation.
- Keep the kitchen clean, safe, and organized.
- Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
-Prep ingredients and help manage kitchen inventory.
📋 Requirements:
- 2+ years of line cook experience (high-volume, fast-casual preferred).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
- Experience using flat top grills and deep fryers.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player.
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends/holidays.
