Seeking an accomplished and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary leadership team. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with the Executive Chef in upholding and advancing the standards of excellence that define our restaurants reputations:
Responsibilities Include:
* Overseeing and executing daily mise en place and service.
* Leading by Example on the line during lunch and dinner services
* Collaborating with the Executive Chef on menu design, recipe development and
seasonal menu transitions.
* Ensuring consistency, quality and presentation in every dish.
* Training and inspiring the culinary team to maintain a culture of excellence.
* Managing kitchen organization, Product rotation, and cleanliness
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in fine dining or upscale bistro cuisine
* Strong technical skills with a foundation in classic French techniques.
* Leadership, professionalism and attention to detail.
* Passion for Culinary Creativity and Consistency.
