Looking for a taco catering company or private chef to cook and deliver food only for recurring private events.
All setup tools, tables, and serving staff are already provided — we only need the food cooked and delivered warm and ready to serve.
This will be a recurring service (approximately 15–25 events total) taking place every Friday and Saturday through the end of the year.
The budget is $300 per event (about $1.5 per mini taco).

Total: 200 small tacos
Tortillas: 225 small corn tortillas (included, to allow for any breaks)
Proteins (per event):
7 lb cooked chicken (≈ 10 lb raw)
7 lb cooked carnitas (≈ 10 lb raw)
🌿 Garnishes (delivered in quart containers, per event)

2 quarts salsa roja (≈ 64 fl oz total)
📦 Requirements
Food must be freshly cooked and delivered in disposable aluminum trays, warm and ready to serve.
All salsas and garnishes must be delivered in quart containers.
Must include 225 small corn tortillas per day.
Delivery fee and tax must be included within the $300 total budget per day.
No onsite cooking or serving — setup and service are already covered.
Must be available Fridays and Saturdays for a total of 15–25 events through the end of the year.
