Busy entrepreneur & real estate agent seeking a reliable, organized assistant to help with weekly admin tasks and event coordination.
Hours: Per diem, 5–15 hrs/week
Location: Mostly remote + occasional in-person events (Bronx / Westchester)
Pay: Based on experience ($20-$25 a hour )
Role Includes:
Scheduling, follow-ups, emails
Coordinating vendors / RSVPs for events
Light social media support
Helping keep projects organized and on track
Ideal Fit:
Communicates well
Detail-oriented
Can work independently
Familiar with Canva/Google Drive Chatgpt is a plus (not required)
should live in Westchester or Bronx or able to drive to Bronx or Westchester and the City
