We are looking for a motivated and professional Office Sales Representative to help manage incoming leads, assist customers, and book moving services.
Responsibilities
• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service from first contact through booking
• Build rapport with customers and confidently close sales
• Prepare estimates and schedule moving services
• Follow up with leads and maintain accurate customer records
• Work closely with dispatch and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
• Previous sales experience is required
• Experience in the moving industry is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Typing and computer proficiency are a must
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
• Organized, punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Must have reliable transportation to Yonkers
Compensation & Benefits
• $18–$20 per hour base pay (based on experience)
