As a senior citizen, your safety and confidence are more important than ever. We’re launching a Senior Citizen Self-Defense Program designed to help you protect yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally — because true self-defense starts with your attitude.
Our classes include:
🧘♀️ Structured warm-ups and safe mobility exercises
👣 Basic movements for balance and awareness
🛡️ Practical defense and counter techniques
🌀 How to fall safely to minimize injury
✋ Strikes, blocks, and kicks adapted for all abilities
🦯 Cane defense techniques — learn to use your cane as a powerful tool for protection
🧠 Mental and emotional resilience training
Instructor:
A senior citizen with over 45 years of experience in Judo, Aikido, Karate, and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
When:
Starting December 2025, on either Saturday or Sunday (based on participant preference)
Where:
Facility on North State Road, Briarcliff Manor, NY
Program:
Ten structured classes in a supportive and friendly environment.
Suitable for all seniors — with or without canes, injuries, or prior experience!
