I used this BRIGGS & RILEY for travel and always found it functional and very helpful keeping me organized. Having just retired, I no longer use it. BRIGGS & RILEY luggage and backpacks come with a Lifetime Guarantee (they are that well made). The backpacks currently retail for $329. - $369. I am passing it on for a fraction of that price.
It is constructed of a ballistic Nylon weave fabric - lightweight, but wears like iron. It has a padded compartment for a laptop, and multiple interior compartments for easy organization.
A quality and extremely well made backpack at a very affordable price.
STATS: The backpack measure approx. 17 1/2” tall by 14” at its widest by approx. 6” at its deepest. Empty, it weighs approx. 3 lbs. 10 oz. All the zippers are in perfect working order. Padded compartment for a laptop (probably 15” max) or iPad. I find no holes, tears, stains or repairs.There is minor wear on the top leather handle. The interior label is stamped “BRIGGS & RILEY TRAVELWARE 06-BK301-0832574-3”. This backpack comes from a smoke free environment and has always been stored indoors - no musty odor.
