This toddler size bag can be used as a backpack or rolled for a short trip. There are two outer pockets and bigger inside compartment. Also two, side netted pockets, one on each side of the bag for drinks or extra stuff. The mid part of the strap, as shown in the picture is slightly frayed (maybe from rolling the bag?), but doesn't seem to interfere with the functionality of the bag. Also, the inside has some slight white markings. It's been sanitized with disinfectant sheets, but doesn't seem to come off. All in all, the bag does what it's supposed and if your little one loves Thomas the train, will enjoy the bag.
