I would consider both drawings to be in good condition. Heavier man in drawing has glass in the frame and thus would be the better of the two. Drawing frame with thinner man having something in his hands and fountain to his left does not have glass in frame and stamp has some fading. Inspections welcomed on prearranged mutually agreeable date/time.
Estimated unverified age would be very early 20th century (approximately between 1910-1915).
