Paolo Corvino was born September 20, 1930 in Bronx, New York. He was a professional boxer turned artist. Many of his paintings and sculptures can been seen in public spaces, including terminals at JFK and LaGuardia airports, the Hermitage Museum in St. Petersburg, Russia, and the Museum of the City of New York.
