Vintage mid-century beautifully framed (unique ORIGINAL textured solid wood frames) print of the original Impressionist pastels by Louis Kronberg (1872-1965), ballerina in pink. The painter, dealer and art advisor Louis Kronberg was born in Boston, Massachusetts. He studied at the Arts Student League in New York and at the Boston Museum of Fine Arts School. He spent many years studying in France at the Académie Julian and and is best known for his portraits, especially of performers of the fine arts, such as ballerinas and actors. Throughout his career Kronberg would win many awards and accolades for these works, along with having them displayed across the world in such fine establishments as the Metropolitan Museum, Musee d' Oursay and the Museum of Fine Art. Print is approx. 21 1/4" x 16 1/4".
