Base salary plus quarterly incentives = $120k - $130k
Due to heavy growth and recent expansion, this national Investment Services leader seeks an exceptional individual to join their Retail Distribution team. In this senior level role, you will both assess and advise existing and prospective clients in the selection of products and services best suited to meet their financial goals. You are expected to have a strong results oriented work ethic in order to develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and build relationships with new clients. Your goal is to demonstrate to clients and prospects the value of the Firms platform, resulting in asset accumulation and retention.
-Maintain and grow an established book of private wealth clients
-Position appropriate products -- through balanced presentations -- to each clients current needs and long term financial strategy, including sell advice and portfolio planning
-Meet and/or exceed sales performance minimums on both a quarterly and annual basis
-Identify and follow-up on all opportunities to establish customer relationships including prospecting, lead utilization, and local market / community involvement
-Build and maintain strong client network and pipeline through referrals and solicitation of active and prospective client base.
-Responsible for driving branch customer appointments and phone sale opportunities.
-Provide and demonstrate solid portfolio planning skills and comprehensive industry and investment knowledge
-Adhere to all compliance/risk procedures, follows corporate and industry protocols
-4 year college degree is preferred
-3 to 5 years of investment based sales and relationship management experience
-Series 7 required/Series 66 (or 63/65) (must pass -Series 66 within 90 days of hire)
-Established track record of results and success in providing advice and consultation as well as sustaining and expanding client relationships
-Proven success in positioning appropriate solutions and strategies for clients.
-Ability to communicate investment strategies in a clear and concise manner to retail clients and business partners that enables clients to make informed investment decisions
-Experience presenting solutions to clients and -prospects through face-to-face/phone meetings
-Understanding of current regulatory requirements in the financial industry
-Proactive team player able to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
