Busy, established kitchen & bath company in Montrose is looking for a hands-on Office Manager who knows the industry and can keep everything running smoothly.
Must Have:
-5+ years experience in kitchen & bath / construction / remodeling (REQUIRED)
-Strong QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks Online experience
-Project coordination / job tracking / workflow management
-Excellent organization & communication skills
What You’ll Do:
-Run daily office operations (phones, scheduling, customer communication)
-Manage A/R, A/P, invoicing & bookkeeping
-Coordinate projects, vendors, and installations
-Support team, clients, and overall workflow from start to finish
Compensation:
-$65K – $85K (up to $90K+ for the right candidate)
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Montrose, NY (Hudson Valley, NY)
