We’re Seeking Teaching Artists Who Are:
✔️ Experienced (2+ years in teaching, tutoring, mentoring, afterschool, or youth programs)
✔️ Creative — poets, emcees, spoken word artists, actors, writers, and musicians encouraged to apply
✔️ Skilled in facilitating youth-centered, engaging, culturally responsive workshops
✔️ Passionate about working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students
✔️ Reliable, punctual, and professional communicators
✔️ Available consistently during school-day hours (9:00 AM – 3:00 PM)
✔️ Willing to travel to school sites across Staten Island
✔️ Fingerprinted (or willing to be fingerprinted) by the NYC Department of Education
