This is a Mattel Mindflex game. You put the headphones on and by concentrating, you move the ball through the maze. All of the parts are there except one of the "L" racks, but I'm sure you can call Mattel and get that from them. Very little use of the game. It uses EEG (Electroencephalography) to work with your brain and senses, which is a pretty cool concept.
