Hello! My name is Nina, I live in and was born and raised in Brooklyn and currently trying to help a senior (also brooklyn native) find affordable housing.

I'm looking for a private room or studio apt (<$1250), for a senior (65+) female, ideally in Brooklyn (Mill basin, Midwood, Marine Park, Bensonhurst, Sunset Park, Sheepshead bay, Dyker Heights, Gerritsen Beach, Coney island, Bay Ridge, or anything in south or southwest Brooklyn). Would also be open to a studio or room in Staten Island that is close to buses/train, ferry/verrazano.
Preferably a bedroom/studio with AC, a window/with sunlight, private bath.
