Staten Island marble, granite, and tile company — is hiring a full-time
Assistant to help manage daily showroom and shop operations. This position offers the
opportunity to learn every aspect of the tile and stone business.
We’re looking for a dependable, hands-on individual who enjoys problem-solving,
staying organized, and being part of a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
• Assist with daily operations and job scheduling
• Coordinate fabrication jobs, deliveries, and installations
• Handle customer inquiries and provide showroom support
• Create invoices, estimates, and purchase orders
• Track and order materials (stone, sinks, tile, cabinetry)
• Follow projects from template to installation
• Help maintain a clean, efficient, and customer-friendly showroom
Requirements
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and take initiative
• Comfortable using scheduling and invoicing software
• Saturday availability is REQUIRED
• customer service background
