It is in good working order, but has not been used for 10 years.
Used to mount photographs on a backing board with use of adhesive tissue.
I have seen You Tube videos using it to laminate and fuse images to T shirts, but have not tried this.
I also have Museum Board and a Logan Simplex Plus Mat Cutter
