We are seeking a detail-oriented, computer-savvy, and highly organized individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Assistant. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth daily operation of our property management office and requires a strong ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and capable of managing various administrative and property-related tasks.
Responsibilities:
Communication: Serve as the point of contact, answering incoming phone calls and emails from tenants and our maintenance team with professionalism and excellent customer service.
Document Management: Draft, format, and prepare various documents, including tenant notices, general correspondence, and lease agreements.
Filing & Data Entry: Maintain organized and accurate electronic and physical filing systems for all leases, contracts, vendor information, and other important property documents.
Financial Tasks: Assist with rent collection procedures and support basic accounting tasks as needed.
General Administrative Duties: Perform general office tasks such as data entry, scheduling appointments/meetings, and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience: Proven experience in an office or administrative role is required. Prior experience in property management or real estate is a significant plus.
Computer Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, is essential.

Hours: Part-time, approximately 15 hours per week to start.
