We are seeking a reliable and professional Bilingual Receptionist
with tax preparation experience as plus to join our office. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and will assist with administrative and tax-related support during tax season and throughout the year.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients in person and over the phone in English and Spanish
Schedule appointments and manage client intake
Assist with organizing tax documents and client files
Support tax preparers with basic tax forms and data entry
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information
Handle general office duties (filing, scanning, copying, emails)
Process payments and issue receipts
Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
