Bright Path ABA SI is currently hiring dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Staten Island, NY.

We are looking for motivated individuals who are passionate about working with children and helping families through evidence-based ABA services.

Responsibilities:
• Work 1:1 with children implementing ABA programs
• Collect session data and follow behavior plans
• Support skill development and behavior goals
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical staff

Requirements:
• RBT certification preferred but not required for BT positions
• Experience working with children is a plus
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
