The steel file cabinet is in good to very good aesthetic vintage condition, with just a few scuffs and scratches and normal wear, and excellent structural integrity and working condition.
The file cabinet is very heavy and requires 2-3 strong persons to move it (I suggest professional movers due to its weight and its location on the second-floor landing of the single-family house). It is located in the Stapleton area of Staten Island.
