To make a long story short, when this machine needed repairs, I decided to upgrade to the Litter Robot 4. I tried to fix this machine so I could sell it, but I was not able to and after contacting Whisker, they sent me a brand new base. This machine is practically brand new. The only original parts are the drawer, power cord, and bonnet.
