Vintage Schwinn Superior in Excellent Condition. This model was directly equivalent to the Schwinn Paramount. Price was similar. The main difference was the choice of Chrome Alloy, this bike, or Reynolds aluminum, $100 less expensive than the Paramount and a couple of pounds heavier,, the main reason was Durability, which proved to be a good choice. 22" Frame, 25" Wheel Diameter. My height is 5'8" and was good.
This is well known hand made, hand brazed Chrome Molydebenum, lightweight internal lugged frame, long discontinued. Additionally, a higher ration rear gear (10th) installed for very high speed when desired. A good racing bike.
