Looking for a 1 bedroom/studio in Brooklyn or Queens for 1 individual & 2 small dogs (4lbs & 10lbs, crate trained). Under $1500, backyard or front yard access, and would like at least 1 window. Less than a 15 minute walk to train station. I work as a receptionist at a spa & freelance in film/tv. Can provide a guarantor if needed.
