90’ Cade sofa by Room and Board with Charcoal Grey fabric. The couch is 8 years old and in good (not great) condition. The fabric has pilled a bit but can be fixed with a little fabric buzzer thingee. There is a small hole in one of the seat cushions, but the cushions are reversible and is therefore not visible. 90” wide x 40” deep x 26” tall
60” West Elm loveseat in a medium grey fabric. The fabric is a bit stained/discolored after 8 years of use, but can hopefully be cleaned with the right equipment and a little elbow grease. 60” wide, 34” deep x 32” tall
The couches were just now placed in our small gated front yard area and are available for immediate pickup today or tonight. If they are not claimed by midnight, we will but them on sidewalk for Dept of Sanitation pickup.
Pickup on Lorimer Street between Metropolitan Ave and Conselyea Street in Williamsburg.
