I’m offering a large, private, furnished bedroom with a double bed in my historic brownstone duplex apartment in Bed-Stuy for a short-term stay between August 6th-18 $700 for the whole time or $400 for one week. It’s a 3-bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms, a deck, and a small garden. One very sweet cat lives here too.

The room overlooks the leafy trees of the backyards — peaceful and quiet — and has a window AC unit to keep you cool. Internet and all utilities are included.

The neighborhood is lovely, just two blocks from Saratoga Park, surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. You’re near the C and J trains, and close to Bushwick.

Rent is $400 per week.
