What We’re Looking For:
✅ 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential and/or commercial HVAC systems
✅ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
✅ EPA certification + NYS Driver's License
✅ Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic
✅ Team player with great communication skills
