We are seeking a talented, professional Insulation Technician to install insulation products in accordance with Building Performance Institute standards. You will represent the company and work with the installation team to support the installation of insulation in 1-4-unit residential buildings. You need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic about learning the trade. This position requires someone equipped with a positive attitude and readiness to be a team player.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Learn how to prepare and clean up insulation projects.
Learn how to install insulation products on residential 1-4 unit buildings.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Prefer HSD or GED equivalent.
• Must be able to lift 50lbs
• Must be able to work in confined spaces.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening test.
• Must be able to speak English; bilingual Spanish is a plus
• Must be able to provide non-related references upon request.
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Construction experience is required for this position.
• Sheetrock, window, carpentry, and/or insulation experience is a plus.
