Duties & Responsibilities
* Build and assemble custom cabinetry, millwork, and furniture
* Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely
* Read shop drawings and blueprints
* Install hardware, veneers, laminates, and specialty finishes
* Maintain quality control and accurate measurements
* Assist with shop organization and material handling
Preferred Skills
* Experience with custom millwork and cabinet construction
* Knowledge of woodworking equipment and materials
* Attention to detail and precision craftsmanship

Duties & Responsibilities
* Install cabinetry, millwork, wall panels, doors, and specialty items
* Read field measurements and installation drawings
* Ensure projects are level, aligned, and properly secured
* Coordinate with project managers and other trades on-site
* Maintain clean and safe job sites
* Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
Preferred Skills
* Finish carpentry or millwork installation experience
* Ability to use power tools and layout equipment
