We have a fully furnished guest room available for sublet in our cozy Sunnyside apartment.
The room comes with a queen-sized bed, desk, under-bed storage containers, and a clothes rack (in place of a closet). It’s spacious, bright, and comfortable, perfect for someone looking for a peaceful, well-kept home.
Please note: in the photos, the room is shown as our office and guestroom, but all of our personal things will be moved into a storage unit before you move in, so you’ll have the full space to yourself.
Our apartment faces the rear of the building, so it’s quiet but still filled with great natural light. We’re less than 10 minutes from two 7 train stops, with supermarkets, cafés, and laundromats right around the corner.
Rent: $1300/month – utilities included (WiFi, electricity, gas, heat, and water).
We’re two professionals working in Theater and Hospitality, and we appreciate a calm, respectful, and clean home environment. We’d love to find someone easygoing, considerate, and communicative.
