Has huge closets and double bed. Sublet till Jan 31st afternoon.. as room is rented for FEbruary already.
Looking for female, clean, tidy. Because we have one shared bathroom..
I have my own bathroom in the back bedroom . The other roommates are all female. Mature.
If you are trying out the neighborhood or just need a place for a month perfect. It may
be available from March 1 onward if it works out.. for a further 3-5 months.
We have air fryer, microwave.. but its for light cooking only.
Quiet apt...Not a party house.
If you are someone who likes reading or quiet activities great!
First roommate works and is quiet. The second one spends a lot of her time on the phone.
The third one is out all day till nighttime. And I work 2-3 days a week outside, so when home I
am usually watching TV in the living room We have FiOS.. so the internet here is high speed.
We are easy going here. But I"m anal about putting things away and putting dishes in dishwasher..
as consideration for others here. If you re interested... we are actually nice friendly people.
I'm just being very upfront about expectations.
