This is a duplex apartment. 1 huge room upstairs is available with walk in closet. There is an additional closet in the common space of the second floor for storage. There are Air Conditioners in all bedrooms. You can see beautiful Manhattan view from each window. They are sunny rooms with a lot of light! Beautiful lights with art design. I provide new bed, new mattress, desk and chair if you need.
You will share kitchen and shower space. One great long term tenant stays downstairs. She's been living in the apartment for 5 years since graduation and she's in her 20 years. She's respectful, clean and very sweet. There is another girl who lives in the other room of upstairs. The duplex structure gives great privacy to everyone.
New Kitchen:
The kitchen is well equipped with new Dish Washer, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator. Brand new cabinet and floor!
New Bathroom:
There are 2 decent bathrooms. 1 bathroom with bathtub is on the upper floor. There is another bathroom with Washer and Drier on the lower floor. Convenient laundry space inside unit.
Maintenance: 24/7 Phone Call for any repairs request. Monthly extermination service.
Neighborhood
Ridgewood has always been a safe, nice and residential neighborhood. The apartment is in the center of many residential buildings. No heavy traffic or noise near the windows. There are banks such as Bank of America 2 blocks away. There are also many supermarkets, deli, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, salons, gyms, small parks around the neighborhood within minutes walking. There are 2 police stations 2 blocks away in different directions. Safety guaranteed!
Transportation:
20- 30 Minutes subway to Manhattan. You can take M train without transfer to the city which I recommend. It is about 10 minutes walking from the apartment. You can also walk 3 -- 4 minutes to the bus station take Bus Q54 or B38 then transfer L train to the city. Both M and L trains run every 5 minutes.
