my room is cozy but has a super comfy full-size purple mattress, 100% breathable cotton bedding, air filter, and ac/heating. the apt has a gas stove and is a clean, cute space with a beautiful view. laundromat is just a few minutes away, and we’re super close to the JM myrtle-broadway stop.
please note: no smoking allowed (we have an awesome stoop you can smoke at), but feel free to cook in the kitchen. guests are not allowed to bring anyone over, as my roommates would be uncomfortable with that. since it’s a short stay, we prefer to limit the amount of strangers in the house for everyone’s peace of mind. (￣▽￣)
deposit is $50, returnable after your stay. if you cancel before the sublet, $50 of the rent is non-refundable to cover the time spent interviewing and turning others away.
please note: i’m only looking for someone who can cover the full sublet. if you’d like to stay fewer nights, you’ll still need to pay for the full stay

shared apartment rules ☝️🤓
1. wash dishes after cooking or by the end of the day
2. turn off ac/heat when you leave your room/living room
3. close front door so mango (the cat) doesn’t escape
4. close bedroom door so mango doesn’t come in and eat my plant
